Hydrazine (N24H) Detectors
We supply fixed hydrazine gas detectors designed for precise and continuous monitoring in power generation, chemical production, and aerospace environments. These detectors use electrochemical sensors capable of detecting very low concentrations, providing early warnings before harmful exposure levels are reached. Routine calibration ensures reliable operation and compliance with occupational safety standards.
Our hydrazine detection systems from Dräger are trusted globally for their sensitivity, reliability, and robust design, offering seamless integration into safety infrastructures in high-risk industries.
Protect your workforce and maintain operational safety with our fixed hydrazine detection systems, designed for aerospace, energy, and chemical sectors.
Hydrazine (N₂H₄) is a highly reactive and toxic chemical used in aerospace propellants, pharmaceuticals, and as a corrosion inhibitor in power plants. Despite its industrial applications, hydrazine poses severe safety risks. It is toxic, corrosive, and potentially carcinogenic, with short-term exposure causing irritation to the eyes, nose, throat, and skin, while long-term exposure has been linked to liver, kidney, and central nervous system damage. Hydrazine is also flammable, and its vapours can form explosive mixtures with air, making continuous monitoring essential.
