Gas Data GM25-2 is built to order so that each analyser matches the specific gas monitoring requirements of a site. A typical configuration provides up to six gas channels, combining configurable infra-red measurement for methane and carbon dioxide with up to four electrochemical cells for oxygen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide and hydrogen in any combination. A high-contrast LCD display maintains readability in low-light, indoor or bright outdoor conditions. Optional measurement inputs, including atmospheric, static and differential pressure, vane anemometer for gas velocity, and a brass probe for gas temperature, allow additional process parameters to be captured alongside gas data.

Gas Data GM25-2 integrates easily into digital reporting workflows. Simple data reporting and logging are available via Instrument Connect or the DataField GM25 Connect software, while onboard USB logging supports convenient transfer of stored measurements for analysis and archiving. The DataField GM25 Connect app enables remote control of the analyser from a mobile device or tablet and allows configuration of how readings are taken to align with site procedures. When online, the app can live-stream measurements to a web-based portal, providing real-time visibility for central teams overseeing multiple sites or contractors.

With flexible channel configuration, rugged design and accessories such as sample pipe, spares kit, tools and protective cases, the Gas Data GM25-2 supports both rapid spot checks and long-term monitoring programmes.
