Honeywell Searchzone Sonik is an ultrasonic acoustic gas leak detector that listens for the sound of high-pressure gas leaks instead of waiting for gas to reach a sensor. By detecting the ultrasonic noise generated at the leak source, it reacts in around one second and remains effective where wind, ventilation or weather disperse gas. With wide area coverage, rugged hazardous-area construction and no routine field calibration, it strengthens fixed gas detection strategies in demanding energy and process environments while supporting higher uptime and lower maintenance overhead.
