Description

Honeywell ACM 150 is a centralised FT-IR gas monitoring system for multi-point industrial processes, combining wide gas coverage with low lifecycle cost.

The Honeywell ACM 150 is a centralised FT-IR gas monitoring system for multi-point, multi-gas measurement in demanding industrial environments. It sequentially monitors up to 40 sample points, with software-configurable gas lists at each location, using infrared “fingerprint” analysis for precise identification and minimal cross-interference. By combining wide gas coverage, low detection limits and composite sampling in a single platform, the ACM 150 supports safety, compliance and process control while reducing hardware footprint, cost-per-gas and maintenance overhead.

AT A GLANCE

  • Centralised multi-point FT-IR platform: Monitors up to 40 sequential measuring points with multiple configurable gases per point from a single analyser.
  • Broad gas coverage and selectivity: Detects more than 200 gases using infrared “fingerprint” methods with low detection limits and minimal cross-interference.
  • Reduced maintenance and downtime: Continuous self-diagnostics, long desiccant life and reduced need for on-site calibration lower service interventions over the lifecycle.
  • Flexible plant integration: 80 programmable relays, multiple industrial protocols and an embedded web server support easy connection to safety, DCS and SCADA systems.
