Description

Honeywell Vertex M is a ppb-level, multi-point toxic gas monitoring rack for high-tech and industrial facilities needing auditable leak detection.

Honeywell Vertex M is a multipoint toxic gas monitoring system that combines Chemcassette® colorimetric technology, ppb-level sensitivity and high point density in a compact, scalable rack. It continuously monitors critical areas from up to 24 sampling points, providing physical evidence of gas events via visible stains on Chemcassette® tape. Extended-play consumables, minimal calibration requirements and straightforward service access help reduce lifetime maintenance costs, while extensive networking options and built-in redundancies support integration into complex safety architectures across semiconductor, microelectronics and wider industrial environments.

AT A GLANCE

  • High-sensitivity toxic gas coverage: Chemcassette® technology delivers ppb-level detection with visible, auditable proof of gas events.
  • Scalable, space-saving architecture: Monitors 8 to 24 sampling points per rack with long sample line runs and high point density.
  • Low-maintenance operation: Extended-play Chemcassette® tapes, no dynamic calibration and easy access minimise service time and site visits.
  • Ready for modern and legacy systems: OPC, industrial networks, optional 4–20 mA outputs and configurable relays simplify integration and alarming.
