The Latchways® Ladder Lifeline Systems for Wind Turbines provide workers with the security of being constantly attached to the structure while also having both hands free for climbing. They have a proven track record of being very reliable, easy to use and popular amongst the users.

The fall arrest devices used with the system feature a unique starwheel component, which enables a very smooth movement up and down the system. If a worker should fall while connected to the system, the fall arrest device immediately locks and arrests the fall.

  • Suitable for retrofitting or as part of a new build.

  • Up to four users on a single system.
  • All components manufactured from high grade stainless steel and nylon coated for use on aluminimum ladders.
  • Fall arrest devices can be attached or detached at any point in the system.
  • Fall arrest device starwheel rotates freely through the intermediate cable guides removing the need of manual intervention.
  • The patented Constant Force Energy absorber is built directly into the system to protect the end anchors from excessive loads should a fall occur.
