Bacharach’s Single-Zone delivers the best refrigerant leak detection available, with industry-leading MDL of 1ppm for halogenated gases, the fastest sampling frequency and the widest range of refrigerants accurately detected. The Single-Zone is the ideal tool for early detection of leaks from specific target areas such as chiller rooms and mechanical rooms. The low MDL enables detection of leaks that other instruments can’t find, enhances effective refrigerant management and delivers cost savings through reduced refrigerant recharge and enhanced energy efficiency.
  • Industry Leading 1ppm Minimum Detectable Level ( MDL ) for refrigerants
  • NDIR sensor accurately reflects 60+ different refrigerants including CFCs , HFCs , HCFCs , HFOs and natural refrigerants
  • Identify leaks early to mitigate refrigerant loss , protect , produce , enhance energy efficiency
  • Helps ensure compliance with refrigeration standards and regulations such as ASHRAE 15 , EN378 and CARB RMP
  • Industry leading sampling times with high performance pump ( up to 1200 feet / 365m )
  • No Calibration required , minimal maintenance

Dangers of Flammable Gases

Flammable gases pose significant dangers due to their ability to ignite and sustain combustion. Here are some of the key hazards associated with flammable gases: Fire and Explosion: Flammable gases can ignite easily in the presence of an ignition source such as a spark, flame, or heat. Once ignited, they can rapidly propagate combustion, leading to fires and explosions. These ...

Volatile Organic Compounds ( VOC’s )

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are a group of chemicals that can easily evaporate into the air at room temperature. They are emitted from a wide array of sources, including household products, building materials, and industrial processes. While many VOCs are harmless, some can pose significant health risks, especially when present in high concentrations or in poorly ventilated spaces. Here are ...

Dangers of Hydrogen Sulphide Gas

Another common hazard we are asked about is dangers from slurry on farms and how H2S can easily overpower anyone who gets too near . Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gas poses several dangers to human health and the environment. Here are some of the main risks associated with exposure to hydrogen sulfide: Toxicity: Hydrogen sulfide is highly toxic even at low ...
